Now actually fully awake the informant is greeted by someone standing outside his door knocking and requesting that he open the door for an urgent message or something to that effect stumbling to the door Azure opens it to find that the person that had been at the door was one of the many students that he has taken in shaking holding a note. "Come in si-" before he could even finish the child pushed them away as they opened the note and began reading, 'We have the old man so stop unless you wanna see his inners across your guild hall...I'm sorry!' the boy lit up and exploded just like the old couple back in Astera. Motionless he watched one of his own be used for this game crossing a line that he didn't think his brother would ever cross, the dust had started to settle though part of him felt as though something was off. 

From everything that he gathered thus far it would seem as though going back to the church was the only option but first, but the matter of the now-dead child had to resolve first. It was odd even though his own brother was behind this he wasn't upset with them but more so with himself for letting things get so far. Mind games won't work on me twice Al, he thought to himself pushing the strands of blue hair out of his eyes. After covering up the incident the informant made their way to the church to try and get to the bottom of this whole mess. 

This time the role would be that of a Rune Knight that has come a little above normal on the religious side of things, Looking the part was simply acting but it felt like they were stabbing a part of themselves in the gut repeatedly.

As he walked into the church part of him wanted to toss the whole plan out the window just so he could feel more like himself to some extent even if it was just a small fragment. "I really can't belive that their gone..." he muttered to himself as the character started to really sick to him which was a good and bad thing for him. The few people that passed by him inquired about his story to which he gave them exactly what they wanted a moving yet somewhat hero-ish story. None of the people that he saw the first time had shown up this time or at least stayed within sight of him. 

Azure walked around the grand church nearly all day in hopes of finding something that could help this recon mission but nothing of such value would appear during this time. Everyone that would he thought was a part of the cult seemed to have upgraded their acting skills a bit from the last time he was here. As the light within the church began to dim signaling that it was now the afternoon, people came and went much faster than in the morning. 

With the number of visitors diminishing by the minute, the informant took this as his chance to hide away in a closet until nightfall. As he sat in the closet silent and still as though he was a corpse, from what he was able to remember he was like this as he drifted along the waters all those years ago.

Listening to the sounds of the closers locking up the church he knew that now was time to start his real recon on the church and hopefully find some clue as to where Greyroad had been taken. Azure slowly opened the door of the closet to minimize the sound of it opening and drawing attention to himself.  The informant had reverted back to their isolated state to better focus on the adjectives at hand and to prevent any outburst that would lead to this failing. Once they had exited the closet they discarded their Knight clothes as it would only cause more problems if the real knights got involved in the matter though part of him had already devised a secondary plan. Everything seemed to be the same as it was during the day which was slightly disappointing as he was expecting the whole place to be covered with a glamour spell. 

Part of him felt as though something was calling to him almost like a siren call or but it was rather faint it was something that had to be blocked out until the recon had finished. Moving within the shadows of the night making sure to stay as quiet as a mouse felt more their style than anything working in the daylight. The sounds of heavy objects being moved echoed through the halls accompanied by the sounds of grunts and sighs. Making their way into the rafters the informant could tell that if they had used any magic it would give his postion away nearly instantly. 

As they watched the two guards enter the secret passcode the feeling of something making its way to his position couldn't be shaken off.

As he watched the men move the objects something about them seemed odd but the item was normal given what they do and the current location. With it being so dark within the rafters their vision had become narrowed Oh so this is tunnel vision, he thought to himself trying to focus on not falling or making too much noise. Part of him was fairly distracted as the swirl of emotions had still been going on but on a much lower part of their subconscious which allowed them to somewhat return to their base mindset. 

When he was a child he loved to hide in the back in places most people would think to in desperation, however, with it being one of the largest churches the cleaning crew tends to be lazy here and there so the rafters are rather dusty which comes with all the natural things. In a rather comical way, the information tried to hold in their urge to sneeze but couldn't. His small sneeze had managed to give away their position Shit! did they hear that? he asked himself covering his nose with his hand but just like in the many comics that he's read over the years it was a stupid question to ask. 

Quickly hopping down and rolling hind a pilar Azure tried to adjust their eyes to semi-lighter space but it would seem the enforcers were on top of their game.  One let go while the other kept moving their cargo almost to say that one of them would be more than enough to handle him. Without warning the sudden feeling of death had managed to creep up on him as he broke left seeing the pilar he was using become dust, "What have they been feeding you guys!?" he asked jumping back three feet as he held his left arm the force of the enforcer's swing was far stronger than he had thought. The hoodied men looked at the informant and laughed as he could see the gap in their physical power. The darkness wasn't doing either combatant any favors but it would seem fighting in the dark would play to their advantage given they were on the smaller side.

"What's the matter little mouse scared?" the enforcer asked to which the informant simply scoffed as this was going to call for a bit more effort on his part which was perfectly fine given he need to blow off some steam. Azure wasn't the type of man that would let something so trivial as a heavy hitter stop him from getting what he wanted, gritting his teeth the summoner tried to rush at the man just to slide between their legs while also twisting his wrist creating a summoning circle behind him as he spun to his feet. "You seem like you can take a beating so let know your limit," he said with the confidence of a man that has nothing to lose but so much to gain. Two wasted no time exchanging blows with one another even though most of Azure's hits were only redirections at best but in the midst of their one-sided exchange, he noticed something was off. 

No one had answered his call which worried him as this only happened during their trials which was something that he didn't need currently as this mission was far too important to mess up. The feeling of something watching from the circle was present but it was also ghostly faint which also meant that something was going on that side. Within the momentary laps, the guard had managed to pick them up and toss them down the hall, a loud thud echoed through the church as they had made sure not to throw him into any breakable less anyone outside hear the commotion. 

slowly picking himself up the informant not even more enraged didn't have time to waste waiting for a summon "Okay I'm over this!" he muttered repeating the same twisting motion from before as the summoning circle illuminated the space blinding the enforcer. The sounds of a body being dragged along the ground had slowly made their way over to the young summoner 'Such force I like that in a master...' the voice said as the faint sound of someone gasping was weaved in between their words. With their vision now somewhat back the person before him was for late a better term an Echidna woman which was a first as he thought they were only in books given that no one had seen one ever. The two looked at each other for a moment just before she would slam the enforcer to the ground 'A gift...' she said releasing the man. Confused yet grateful the informant made their way over to them and gave what could have only been the summon in question from before and smirked as this was a clear sign he had grown stronger. 

As Azure held the man up with Madam B right behind him ready to deliver the final blow they had suddenly become more talkative and willing to help. "Tell me where he is and you'll live." a promise that was also a threat was more something that he enjoyed making as it placed him in a position to control the narrative, with a snap of his fingers Madam took hold of the man. Watching the summon break the man untill the information he needed flowed out was nice and gave them in new ways to extract information.

With the information in hand Azure and his new summon took a moment to make their contract official before sending her home as the man was now nothing more than a lump of flesh that had been out of the cooler for too long, leaving them for the public to see was the only thing that even crossed his mind. Part of him wanted to just put the sad sack down but the other part was hellbent on getting ready to storm one of the two castles that held his possessions.

Making their back to the inn Azure could feel as though something or someone was calling to him from a great distance but something of that scale would mean that they were highly skilled and were in desperate need of something to go through such a process. Doing his best to block whatever was calling out to him it wasn't as though they wanted to do this but it needed to be done for the time being.

Don't think about it! if you think about everything falling apart he thought to himself looking at their reflection in what remained of the mirror. Azure's whole plan had been reworked so many times that he had almost gone insace from the amount of times it had been reworked from just today alone. Now was not the time to let emotions run high or let fustration take hold and cloud the mind, it was time for decisive action.
